Maple & Willow in Spring Snow DSC_4661AS.tif

Springtime in New England often brings some wet snow after the shorter days have prompted the trees to bud out. Here the Red Maple and the yellow-green of a Willow offer a blush of welcome color after a dull winter. While seldom photographed, I often seek to capture this which I call spring foliage season.
