The rocky granite coast juts out into the cold North Atlantic Ocean near Newport Rhode Island, forming a small peninsula which is an important refuge for wildlife and people alike. It's called Sachuest National Wildlife Refuge This image was accepted to exhibit at the Wickford Art Association.
