Ice cream was first mass produced by Jacob Fussell, who built an ice cream factory in Pennsylvania in 1851 and utilized Local Cow's milk. Today a typical summer drive to the beach includes stopping at a local dairy bar for an ice cream cone. This Ice Cream Cone sign has ironically been covered in a blizzard of snow. Its way Off Season.
