Add to LightboxA Lion's Mane Jelly (Cyanea capillata) is a beautiful sight but one must respectfully take care to avoid the stinging tentacles which trail far beyond its bell. The largest known sea jelly, I saw one bell nearly three feet wide in the Queen Charlotte Straight.
