Porcupinefish (Diodontidae) Eye, Civil War Wreck 2-015FlshC

A Porcupinefish (Diodontidae), sometimes called a pufferfish (Tetraodontidae) which is related, is able to rotate its eye socket to watch me as it swims by. They can move each eye independently, an ability called Binocular coordination.
