Coyote in Middleborough, MA DSC_4877DYC2

A healthy Coyote, or coywolf, is crossing a field in Middleborough, Massachusetts in late day sun. The Coyotes I have seen here in the eastern USA are larger than those I've seen in the west. I have read they interbreed with wolves, resulting in what is termed a Coywolf. Reportedly they are not only larger than a traditional coyote but have bushier tails and other structure differences.
