Hermit Crab with Eggs C UWNE©JMacCausland

After a series of repeated movements and claw taps, a female Hermit Crab extends her tail almost entirely out of her shell, exposing eggs for fertilization (I assume). Part of series. I have not seen this behavior photographed elsewhere.
