Add to Lightbox DownloadThis Grey Seal's neck is severely torn by fishing hook and line will probably die from infection. larger males can weigh 400 kg, They can dive 300 meters and swim at speeds to 22 mph.. They engage in "social feeding" when they sometimes hunt in cooperation by herding fish into groups. Females live longer, to 35 years. Grey Seals live on both North Atlantic coasts.
