Decorator Crabs are any one of many crabs which are of the superfamily Majoidea (not all of which are decorators.) With all the decorations on this crab, I cannot identify it precisely, but it is likely a Portly or Atlantic Spider Crab (Libinia emarginata).
There is a small Chiton visible in the upper left of the photograph.
