Fresh snow dusts the granite boulders, and icicles hang from the falling water, in the "basin" of the Pemigewasset River in Lincoln, New Hampshire in late November. The long shutter exposure blurs the water into a soft flow of white water. The water has eroded and carved the rocks into curved, sensuous forms.
