Mating Pairs Two by Two 006

It was extremely murky water this day, but the unusual behavior of these wrasse caught my eye as they swam in pairs two by two. The water this day was churned up and very cloudy, but I keep this photograph because I have never observed fish forming pairs like this within a school any other time. It is unusual behavior. Three pairs swim in the blue water here.
