Beach Stripes in motion Plymouth Art Center.

This is a 20 x 30" image. Beach stripes were created by careful planning and panning the camera during a long exposure. I had to calculate the position of the sun and the time when the tide was low at sunset on this Cape Cod beach. Then I had to set up the tripod to be level and proceed to take many photographs moving the camera in a smooth manner. This image was included in the Plymouth Art Center, MA. show "The Art of Photography" 2022, May. I was told that this image competed with my other image for 2nd place.
Beach Stripes is a good example of the modern "In Camera Motion" (ICM) art form of photography.
