It seems everyone loves hummingbirds. They are so tiny and so tenacious, migrating vast distances to feed on blooming plants in their prime. What many don't realize is that hummingbirds also eat lots of insects, and insecticides pose a threat to these little birds we love so much, Hummers" have recently been regrouped with swifts and nocturnal birds such as frogmouths into the heading of Strisores.
